The Parish Council usually meets on the first Thursday of each month, alternately Cliffe (Small Hall, Memorial Hall) and Cliffe Woods (Emmanuel Centre, Parkside at 7:30 pm. The April meeting is usually replaced by the Annual Parish Meeting (strictly a meeting for the residents of the parish and not the council) and the May meeting is preceded by the AGM of the Parish Council.

Parish Council Meetings may move dates to avoid bank holidays or location, to avoid other clashes - check here.

The Parish Council Planning Committee meet at 8pm on the last Thursday of each month at Cliffe Memorial Hall, Small Hall Kitchen

The Parish Council FInance & General Purposes Committee meet in the Tuesday in the week before the Parish Council meeting at Cliffe Memorial Hall, Small Hall Kitchen
